The Touring Teddies' teddy bears are the design property of First & Main, Inc.

First & Main Product Safety:

 First & Main considers the safety and quality of its products a high priority. We instruct a worldwide testing laboratory, Intertek Testing Services (a division of Intertek Group), to conduct extensive tests on our plush products manufactured in overseas factories. They are tested for adherence to North American (ASTM F963-08) and European (EN-71) toy safety standards, which include inspections for lead content and other safety hazards. Additionally, we conduct various tests on our products at factories’ own testing labs - or in our own lab in Qingdao, China.

We obtain these items from reputable companies, however:
They are not to be played with children under the age of 3.
Small parts may present a choking hazard.
 
Drawstrings on the travel bag provided should be sized to fit your child. 
EXCESS STRING SHOULD BE CUT AND DISPOSED OF IMMEDIATELY. 
Strings can present a choking hazard.
 
ALL PLASTIC BAGS, TAGS and PACKAGING 
SHOULD BE QUICKLY AND SAFELY DISPOSED OF.
