Touring Teddies is a Month-Long Educational Gift Experience, Consisting of 4 WEEKLY Personalized Packages.

'Tours' begin at the start of the month. The introductory package 'from teddy' ships out on the first Tuesday of the month, and the additional three packages follow on a consecutive weekly basis - for a total of four adventure-filled shipments. 

Here’s what you can expect:

The processing time depends on several things: whether your order is complete, (Did you enter the personalization info in full, at checkout?and when you place your order.

Orders that are placed BEFORE 1st of the month, are shipped during that oncoming month. 

Orders placed ON or AFTER the 1st of the month, are shipped the FOLLOWING month.

Example: Order before August 1st, and your packages ship through the month of August. Order during August, and your packages ship in September.  


Estimated delivery time:

The first of the four packages ships on the first Tuesday of the month (see note above). Please allow 2 - 5 business days from that first Tuesday, for the first shipment to arrive. The additional three packages are shipped out on a consecutive weekly basis. 

Note: Delivery times may vary during USPS holiday schedules. 

Where do you ship?

We ship to the U.S. only.

Can I get my order expedited?

Due to the personalization of the letters, we do not offer expedited shipping. However, if you are representing a school, and are interested in a Touring Teddy for your class, please contact us and we will do our utmost to accommodate your needs.

What is your return policy?

We have a 90-day, no-questions-asked return or exchange policy. If you aren’t satisfied, simply return your Touring Teddies Gift (the four packages) within 90 days of receipt, and we will set you up with a complete refund.

Additionally, we have a one-year, no-tear guarantee on our teddies, and will replace a torn teddy bear within that time. Gift card purchases are non-refundable.

Note: Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
